Little update, pressure tested a few more sections of the cascade and have brazed the system together. Just need to get a high side pressure gauge so I can vacume the second stage ready to charge with refrigerant ;)

Cut the stainless flex lines tonight and the capillary lines.
went with 2.7m feeds to the gpu heads and 2.4m to the cpu head.
Base plate drilled, just need to pick up some wheels, bolts and washers and i cant start to bolt things in place ready to braze.
