XP-M FSB overclocking problem (and solution)

Erlier my max stable FSB was 215Mhz . I decided to do the L12 mod.

First I tried this mod, http://www.geocities.com/trats102002/nf7sFsbsense.html wich didn't work.

The I tried this mod, http://downloads.modlabs.net/bios/pic/L12mod.jpg wich worked Thanks to TicTac

With this mod I was able to get to 235Mhz FSB (1.7v vdd, 2.9v vmem, 2-2-2-11, cpu interface enabled) Not to bad.

Running 230x12=2760Mhz stable, no problem. Running 200x15=3000Mhz @ 2.0v stabel, no problem .

BUT running 230x13=2990Mhz @ 2.0v, problem! No boot, just alarm sound.

Could not understand this weird problem, until the 10/10.5x multp. problem crossed my mind. It seems like I have this problem (no boot above 222Mhz FSB) on multip. 13/13.5/14/14.5 and probably eaven 10/10.5.

I downloaded TicTac's D23 3D-Fire bios with fixed romsip tables, and volá. 230x13, no problem

    Thanks to TicTac (again)

    The link did work before

And I have also discovered that the problem still remains

I tried to run 215x14=3010Mhz, no boot (and alarm sound )

But multp. 15 seams to work good after all 210x15=3150Mhz, no problem

    Weird problem...
