    I dont think you will see more than 3.1 with it on water. Give it a try and see what happens.

    By the way.
    How do the multipliers work on these Opterons. I think they are locked, correct?
    Or can use 14 on down with this particular chip?

    Upwards locked.....my guess is ~3.2 @ 1.5V....nice chip man

    they run hotter than hell and have cold-bug relatively low

    BUT even at moderate cool temps they FLY!!!

    So water, 3.0-3.1 with terrible temps... and 3.6+ with single stage PhaseChange, higher if the cold bug is absent... never seen that stepping before

    Nice chip should be a nice sample!!, this should do as good as other good CABNE's I guess.. 3.0~3.2GHz WC??
