    A-Data PC6400 2x2G 5-5-5-18 1.8V what IC,s Please

I just got some A-data pc6400 2x2g ram for $87 that is running very good for me. They are running 4-4-4-12 at 400fsb 1:1 at 1.8V and ran to 500fsb 1:1 5-5-5-18 at 2.1V, have not tried lower voltage yet. Does anyone know what IC's they have, how far they clock and what is safe voltage. Thanks.

    WTF!!!

This ram just passed two sets of memtest at 1066 5-5-5-18 at 2V in a maximus formula with clock twister on strong.

Yes they are very good value for the money, my teammate got a pair of them and they are stable @ 2.1V 1100mhz
    Here some screens:

Oh i forget week 50, the newer ones are total crap and can't even reach 1ghz 5-6-6-20 , no matter of voltage

Mine are stable @ 1100mhz 5-5-5-12-5-45 @ 2.15V everything i try to go higher gave in instant instability no matter of voltage, insane - even sub-taming change freezes the computer.
Tested with Memtest2.0 and under Vista x64 Memtest for Windows

Very nice memory considering the price in Europe 2x45$ for 4 gigs

    Warning, n00b here:

I have 4x1gb of this EXACT same set of RAM (5-5-5-18, 1.8.v) and for some reason they are holding back my system OC.

@ 391 FSB, my system passes 6+ hours of Prime95 and Orthos small FFTs with NO errors and NO problems. I've run the small FFT tests over and over and by that measure alone, my system *should* be totally stable......

But once I try Blend test, I get an error within two minutes; since blend puts more stress on the RAM, I can only assume it's the RAM's fault.

I try higher voltages, 1.9, 2.1, even 2.2 and it makes NO difference; the timings are as high as my motherboard will allow (5-5-5-15).

Can anyone tell me what the heck is going on here?

Same here. They do not say "Vitesta" on them, I'm sure of that much, but I'm too lazy to open up my case and look for the number right now....

I dont know but for $87 and 4G, if it burns it burns.

Here is a screen of them doing 540mhz at 2V and occt ram test for 30min with part number from cpuz.

Good afternoon. Would it be possible for someone to post up thier Timings for the A-Data 2x2gb kit 5/5/5/18 1.8v ram that this post relates to please?

    I'm having a rough time getting my sticks over 450 fsb in the board in my sig. Running the setup as;
5/5/5/15,( as it fails memtest at 18), at 1.9v. NB voltage is 1.53v, tried all combos possible with cpu volts, mem volts up to 2.1v, GTL's,(which did make a slight difference in stability),and all sub timings are mostly on auto, however I did try 52 for trfc,(which the ram defaults to anyhow), tried Performance Level 9, no help there.

Anyhow, any help is highly appreciated as I can't get 455 fsb stable, or anything higher of course. Been trying at 337/667 9x multiplier. Not board related, as my HZ's run 478x9 flawlessly. Thanks.

Does anyone know how to distinguish between the sticks that have the Powerchips IC's and the ones who have the Elphida IC's? Can you tell from the Serial numbers or production dates?
