Antec Lanboy Project *Lots of pics*

Hey guys been lurking around here for ages and finally have something post worthy with my finished Lanboy setup.

Summer is coming here in Australia so I wanted to put something together.

    My aims were;

    Near silence
    Effective cooling
    Remain asthetically pleasing

    Components used

    Swiftech MCP655-B pump
    Hardware Labs Black Ice GTX120
    Swiftech MCRES-MICRO
Swiftech Apogee GTX w AM2 mounting set
Radiical Extreme Dual 120 mm Fan Radiator - Dual Pass
Dangerden DD-GX2 Block for NVIDIA 7950-GX2
    Clearflex 60 tubing

    The loop goes:

res>pump>1x120 rad>gpu>2x120 rad>cpu>res and it is kinda compact. Less than 1.5m tubing used in the whole rig.

    Enjoy the pics

Fairly unassuming looking from the front.

    Side view with open case.

Black Ice GTX Mounting. Push pull setup with Evercool Aluminium Fans @ 5v.

Apogee GTX with AM2 mounts closeup

Res and tubing out to rear radiator.

Rear radiator custom mounts and fan wiring.

Rear view. Access to the video card and motherboard connections not hindered by the radiator at all. Papst fans are fantastic and silent.

Tried not to forget some cable management to add to the appeal and cooling of the setup.

Side look with case closed up

Finished product of few weekends work.

Bling shot. Not sure on the blue colour not that it matters too much.

Current temp of the system using Everest with just gentle overclock on the 6000+.

    I like the chrome look.

Very nice setup man. The chrome fan and the nice polished look of the case makes it really stand out.
My cpu is cooler then yours...

Very nice! Love the color in your loop, and some of the best cable management I've seen.

I am really impressed. When I first saw the front of the case, I was thinking 'Ho hum, another boring case' but the insides are astounding. Really amazing work.

Made up a mixture of Zalman ZM-G100 for the blue and Nulon Red Coolant with some water and came out a nice purple colour.

Have you tested temps between a single 2x120 and the 2x120 + 1x120? I am interested in adding another single rad to my loop and was wondering if you saw good gains or not.

Where did you get that black acrylic plexiglass for your MCRES reservoir? I would pay a lot for that piece! I like your classic Papst fans off the back radiator.

    Bunnings (Australia's modders paradise)

It was like $40 for a square meter sheet.

I love the lanboy cases. Very good job... but how does the alluminum hold that rad in the back? Is it warping a bit from the weight? Just wondering. You left out the straps man!!! Can't have a lanboy without holding straps.
