I know what it means, couldn't be on this forum for the last 2.5 years and not know it, just not something that I use in my writing..
I have an idea who banned the guy but think it was done with the best of intentions.
As to the tags, I can't see who did it. I used to be able to see that but not now.

Fugger scares me. If I ever met him in person I might just crumble to the floor and assume the fetal position.
P.S. The tags for this thread are hilarious .
3570K ● Asus V Gene ● 8GB Mushkin DDR3-2133 ● EVGA 660 Ti SC ● Seasonic X750 ● 128GB Samsung 830 SSD & External 1TB RAID1
SupremeFX SPDIF -> MHDT Constantine DAC -> Darkvoice 336i Tube Amplifier -> AKG K701
Haha nah Fugger is a really nice guy. I got to meet him at CES.

Benchzowner. I remember the 1st time I seen the abisuve tags in the Jakko thread (Jakko who? lol) It was very funny. has like "post #63 benchzowner owned", "sintai owned" "Another Jakko Thread". The guy who added the "Another Jakko Thread" actually genuinely added the tag so he could search back easily to find the threads...
... then I though it would be funny to add a few tags in speak freely... and well.... that didn't go so well in the short term.
Seriously dudes. THeres a lot of Tags on this thread. They can all be looked back on to the original poster. And its not beyond the reasonable to have an admin wake up in the mornning... miss the humour of it all, and Dole out a world of Holidays.
hahahahah
i guess we're all in trouble for adding tags
to be honest i didn't even realise you could do this
i guess i'm gonna be tagging more often now hahahah

I have a feeling this thread's tags are gonna disappear along with some user titles in the morning, might as well grab a screen before they do....
they're hilarious, but listen to Riptide.. he just got back from a taggers anonymous retreat on fri... I have a couple funny ones in my mind to add, but will refrain due to the bans passed out recently in other threads... if anyone didn't know this, now's the time to take notice before the tag taskforce comes through...

Charles made some hints about Movieman's bad work as a mod at Computex. Guess that's it Dave. I heard that OCX is looking for mods, ma ybe you can try your luck over there.

Wow this thread is still alive at 4:55am. Somehow my mod privileges haven't updated yet, maybe the database is slow?
In related news, the Dual Core Kuma cancelled thread is hot and heavy with personal insults and insinuations, but that's ok. Just don't touch the tags boys!
Oh, and the cowardly fanboi mod still hasn't owned up to who he is!
I think I'll go drown my sorrows with some passive-aggressive flame wars in the Intel forums. E8400 deterioration thread here I come...

I think the other humorous posts in this thread have led him to believe that he was ok in adding the tags.
O.P. : you seem to have a good sense of humor. we would hate to see you leave...But attacking mods will get you nowhere fast. they are enforcing forum rules. As was stated earlier, you deserved the ban for abusing the tag feature. the Mod was just doing his job.

NO! See my earlier post in this thread, I totally agree it's silly and immature (although I was greatly amused by it ).
My beef is that a perma-ban from the news forum, with no warning, from an anonymous mod is out of line when much more serious things happen (are happening as we speak in some news threads). My contention is that the mod did so out of fanboi'ism rather than evenhandedness which is why he has been too afraid to own up. If he was justified wouldn't he have chimed in already? Or was it part of some secret tag abuse crackdown week and my keyboard was in the wrong place at the wrong time?
Read my posts carefully, including the one above this one. Are mods infallible?
If I think somebody is being out of line I'll speak up all right. I'm not going to :banana::banana::banana::banana:-foot around the issue of an abusive mod just because they have some "power" on these forums.
