You are going to need to know what chip is under the CoreCell heatsink. I am betting its a Winbond chip.

All we really need to know is the orientation of the chip, where pin 1 is. I have worked on boards with that heatsink on it, and I am betting its one of 2 chips. The mod shouldnt be all that difficult once we figure out whats what.

I will look on my backup drive for the data sheets for the chips that I think it is. More than likely Pin 1 is on the top left handside of that chip. Sometimes they mark the motherboard PCB to indicate where Pin 1 is suppose to be. Look for a small "1", an Arrow, or a Triangle around that chip.

Do you know where on the board to read Vdimm with a DMM?

Looks like MSI remarked that chip. Once I get home from school I can look over the datasheets I have for the main Winbond chips that are the package style of your onboard chip.

Im afraid i do not have the faintest idea where to read Vdimm

Il have a think about it.

Atm im thinking a Vdimm mod probebly isnt nesersary as research has shown the memory im using doesnt respond well to voltage increases above 2.85 and i can already obtain that.

mainly intrested in Vcore mod despite the topic saying Vdimm :P
