note, he'll be off for about a week, "chilling" some place to get some rest, blabla.. from what he told me he'll be back this coming weekend.. (and he better have something to show then muhahaha)

anyway, i'm still not really sold on the chiller idea in general. got one almost done for like 2yrs now rotting away in the room below me. i always felt the added layer of heattransfer to be a major nuissance, especially seeing that you cannot use plain water - which has the best heat capacity going for it - but have to use some sort of glycol or whatever mix... but then again you can chill more parts with one such unit than with a single dd-rig, just not getting as low temperatures and all.

ah well, i'll shut my gob now... and continue the admire the shiny copper tubing - which i'm a big fan(atic) of. i'm still waiting for translucent insulation

    eh, sorry...
    I have everything, except time.
I'm in Iraklion at the moment, was working on a network of a company in Chania, I will be back at home on Saturday.
Back home I also have to do some network stuff, I have no idea when I have spare time again to do something at the unit. Maybe this weekend, dunno

ok, some inofficial info... the lazy **** can't be bothered to cut the pipes used
in the inner loop to be within one mm of each other. as there are quite a few of
those pipes, he just doesn't bother with it. i've seen the rig last thursday and it
is exactly the same (still grrr) as in the last pictures posted... lazy people.. haha

yea, that was due to some server :banana::banana::banana:-up when i posted. once i hit the "submit"
button, the loading thingy in the upper right kept spinning and the page, well,
didn't do anything. so i opened the thread in another window - tried opening was
more like it - nada, zilch, nothing. so i thought well fark it.. and left.. seems i hit
submit once or twice while waiting for the post to show up... waited about 10
mins, but still nothing.. sooooo apologies for any inconveniences that may be
caused by my double post. pfffffff post #1000 a crappy double poster, yay

oh and i tried kicking his behind on several occasions to get that chiller done,
but as you can see, i haven't quite succeeded
