I just noticed I lost all the folders I used to sort my subscriptions. I'm pretty sure I lost all the subscriptions too ( all that were not in the general "Supscriptions" folder ). Not cool.
Edit: Alright, I looked a little closer into this by clicking on random pages in my favourite subforums and it looks like all the subscriptions are still working, they're just not shown in the control panel. I unsubscribed from one thread, subscribed again and one thread was added in the control panel.

I will be upgrading the forum software tomorrow.
It will require rebuilding of most everything, hopefully I can save some time with CSS as this would be the most time consuming.
