[News] In-Win launches 301 mATX Chassis

    http://www.guru3d.com/news-story/in-...x-chassis.html

Announced a while ago back in January, now available is the In-Win 301 mATX Chassis. The compact chassis follows the design style of the 303.

The new 301 is constructed of 1.2mm SECC steel. The shock-proof stand keeps the rig nice and stable. The clean-cut appearance displays the craftsmanship of 301. The front panel I/O is highlighted with a luminescent LED light, which is also effective while gaming in the dark.

The 301?s 3mm tinted tempered glass allows users to admire their builds inside and out. And the tool-less feature doesn?t even require thumbscrews with this elegant tempered glass side panel.Simply remove by pressing the button on the handle. The 301 has one 3.5? /2.5? HDD tray, and supports up to three 2.5? SDDs. There are also four PCI-e slots at the rear and a separate PSU chamber, which provides more expandable options in a compact size. The 301 supports up to a 240mm radiator at the front, and a 120mm radiator at the rear. It can also accommodate two 120mm fans at the bottom.

Not a bad little case, but why are PSU's getting stuffed in the top again? Throws the balance of the case off and with the way most units are designed these days, unless you have LC, it will interfere with airflow around the CPU socket. If PSU's were still drawing air in through the front and exhausting it out the back it wouldn't be so bad but most PSU's these days draw air in from the bottom and exhaust it out the rear. That must be why they isolated it from the rest of the case, I'd rather have the room up top for a RAD.
