The Elusive VOODOO 5 6000 full coverage waterblock!

I was recently commissioned to make a waterblock for a card that is arguably the rarest on the planet. This is one of 30 that are thought to still be working of the roughly 150 engineering samples made.

The original post is here: http://www.evga.com/forums/fb.ashx?m=1455276

But here are some pictures for your enjoyment. Hope you guys like it!

That extra "Voodoo5 6000" plate will be stuck on the back. Only reason I didn't stick it on there was because it would block the screw holes when adhered.

What is cooled on back of card with 2nd part of waterblock? And what do you think of making some interconnecting water mini bridge for both blocks? But otherwise yeah, coolness factor is off the scale

I probably could have arranged it, and I have another project in the works that will implement that. There were no size requirements for the block since the card isnt going to be inside a computer case. He has all sorts of adapters to get the AGP to PCI-E working.

The back of the card was simply a request of the customer. There really wasn't anything back there but resistors. He wanted to pull heat off the back of the GPU. its just a solid sheet of copper with a giant thermal sheet. If there is any heat back there, it is no more.

    Hi all,

First of all, thanks a lot for Nateman_doo. He did an Amazing Waterblocks for an Amazing and Rare Graphic Card.

    It's one of my 12 Voodoo5 6000 cards.

To connect this card on a Next-Gen Motherboard with PCIexpress16x slot I will use 2 adaptors:

Like on my first modded 3dfx card, the Voodoo5 6000 Gold Edition...

    Best Regards,

    Trevormacro
