Oh, wow. I though iwill went bust well before s1207... They did make excellent motherboards.
There will be no support or BIOS updates as the company is now defunct.. I doubt it will support Istanbul but not sure.

My Dual Opteron 2419 setup has been sitting idle for a couple months now. Would anyone be interested in taking it off my hands? The CPU's I got for free from here so basically just want the board/ram/heatsinks paid for and shipping. Antec 450watt PSU too if you need.
