    Cascade for daily use

Daily operation cascade (warranty does not include shipping to me or from me)

Anyway using LG 15,000 btu compressor on first and Tecumseh 13,500 on second.
    Aspera Condenser with 115v fan
    more details to follow...

Still a good bit of work to do but im going slow on this one. Target to ship is May 1st. I still need to install a digital temp display and tune it but im waiting for my thermocouple wire and hold down so the wait continues before I can even sleeve the suction..

Nothing unusual but I am going to go really slow on this build and be very cautions because its for a commercial customer and not for a casual user.

Definitely a good idea, the two stager I built for JennTech labs in 07 was like that. You gotta really test the hell out of it or they might find you liable for something.

Why the wood board mount for a commercial order?

Yes that is nice and compact. What is that manifold all about Scott? What do you use it for?

I use it mostly for vacuuming and then charging cascades since its smaller and less cumbersome. Also since I already have gauges on the cascade I know my pressures.

    Thanks for the feedback guys.

Ah good use of an isolation manifold, they're like $30 but definitely worth it.
Did you forget the filter? Nvm, see it now.

It will be run in a lab setting where the room is kept cool and noise is supposedly not an issue. I tried to convince them to go with a CoolerExpress SS model but they were sure that a cascade is what they wanted and noise wouldnt be an issue.
