The voltage controllers data sheets are under NDA. AFAIK the mods are not public.

I have an original Asus 295 dual-PCB under water ..

The voltage tuner I use is the EVGA GPU voltage tuner; it works with all the older dual-pcb 295 designs.

I'm running at 780/1681/1200 with 1200mV up from stock 1038mV 24/7

softmod or hardmod? if softmod, what tool are u using to overvolt? have u tried the rivatunerplugin and monitored OVP and OCP? just curious to see what they show when protection kicks in ...
