ASUS M4A79 Deluxe LN2 Test without Vmod

Yesterday I enjoyed extreme cooling with Phenom II & "ASUS M4A79 Deluxe".
Phenom II & M4A79-D brought me to -190 Celsius world easily.
This mobo seems to be able to bring out Phenom II power to the limit without Vmod.

    Great work Mitsuaki-san!
btw, we have the same board on hand and we found out that the Vcore supply will surge quite seriously after 1.8V.
Let's say we set 1.9V, the A.I monitor in BIOS on the next boot will show that it is 1.94V,
so did you face anything similar?

Nice work NewBeetle san!!! But my opinion is that we need more than 1,9V from Asus to bring out the real power of PhenomII 940.

This is the max validation I got using M4A79-Deluxe, though with M3A79-T Deluxe vmodded, using the same chip, I got 6,2+ with 1,96V.

But, most definitely, this a powerful board!!!!

    I tried 1M last night.
But my good DDR2 memories all died.
So I used "Dominator 8500" that is not so good......
I need to get new good DDR2 memories.

    nice nice~ 1M

I hope that you get good Memory.

    I possess AM2 940 0839 Batch but is not doing LN2.
Reason does not have good board and is preparing i7 965 LN2 present.

    My i7 965[3838A610]
    MAX CLK=4.62G HT-On , Vcore=1.54V , Cooling=Air(Ultra eX-120) Room TEMP=21c
    http://pds10.egloos.com/pds/200901/3...1cad90ac1a.jpg

Did not pass more than 5G in RIIE .. (4.78G 32M Pass)
To differ with Japan team I used 2GByte Triple Memories.

Is thought possible CPU more than 5G.
I do not know why is bad in LN2.(Can act -100 degrees CPU)

Please, hope not to be CPU problem.
Is going to use Intel X58SO.

I expect recording that is nice to you again.

    I think sub 11s needs 6.2G-CPUClock & 4.5G-NBClock.
