134 CFM should be plenty i believe, gonna use some scrap plexi and make a duct so that the fan has to push air through the condenser. ill post some more pics this weekend when i get a few more things lined out.

So ive got a bit of progress... ill have some pics tomorrow if not tonight, got my fan, my temp sensor, and switches installed, back panel completed, paint job on the side panels *almost* done (taping incident) and getting ready for paint on the front. also several odd and end abnormaly long bolts took care of, lock nuts installed, and mounting hardware purchased... should make for an exciting week
*Edit* well, honestly i didn't think that it would take me 2 hours of dremel work just to complete my front panel (minus paint) so the longer then needed bolts are still there, now i just gotta figure out how or what im going to make a fan grill for this monster fan out of lol.

So, after i got the front panel installed drilled/dremeled i decided to test fit all the components. the PID fits... very nicely, so nice in fact that i cannot get the stupid thing back out lol. i guess the front will have to wait on paint until i can figure out a way to get it out without cracking the plexi (i do NOT want to hand cut that hole again lol)

so here are some finished (for now) pics, hope to get it flushed, tested, and give it a charge by 2009 lol.

As you can probably tell, ive had some problems with plastic paint... seems that it just stays sticky no matter what. ill probably make new panels for it when i get around to it and throw on some more detailed paint work. they make a plastic primer that your supposed to be able to use any regular enamel on. i may try that out and use some of the blue and a high gloss black followed by a clear coat.
for now all thats left to do is get it flushed, leak tested, charged, and then do some wiring... and of course mount it to my stacker

If you can't get the paint right how about disc sanding/ mouse sanding/ hand brushing the plexi for a smoked look? that looks "hawt" i think... especially with the blue accents inside
Cheers!

man your fast teyber lol, im not sure what you mean about the smoked look, maybe some pics to shed some light on that. im getting a pretty good idea of what it would look like and your tempting me to paint all my pipework blue as well lol.

A few things to consider by some neoprene sheeting or neoprene tape and put it on the bottom of that case so its not steel on steel it helps and insulation it wont scratch and it dampens the noise a bunch a neoprene sheet would be best that way you dont have to rip it off when modifying but you should definetely do that.
dont think you can see it in the pics but i put strips of rubber pipe tape on everything that touches anything pretty much lol, both side panels, front, back, and bottom are all cushioned by tape ... got the electrical stuff ran and now im just waiting on the hvac tech to drop by
