I dont really understand what your design is, but from what i can make of it, it seems like it would be very inefficient because heat from porocessor is making contact with the bottom of the evap, not the sides.

Also I think that would be very hard to fabricate something like that.

i dont know if that is supposed to be a side view for a maze evap or what it is, or is it a vertical maze? if so i dont think it'll be too efficient as all the liquid will be boiling on the sides and not near the bottom where the heat is, this could cause very uneven cpu cooling especially if using a quad

well, the channel actually quite deep that it cold the center and also the evap bottom thus hold temp better. the idea is to cold the center and evap bottom with longer channel, more surface and more efficient. idea comes from dimas evap. it would be like dimas evap but with more surface.... sorry for the drawing.

sjg0- i think your looking at it wrong. Andre is a smart guy... i think he knows the side of a evap won't work to well in removing ~ 1.5"x1.5" area of heat. I think it would work decent, could be made on a drill press (edit: and vice)
