it's pretty sexy no doubt about it. Although u can find one at lowes thats not so stainless and not so expensive. your call really. The 90 degree turn it fine. Unless you want ABSOLUTELY 100% Efficiency then no 90 degree turns should ever exists. but cmon, its so minute the difference...

I was at menards/lowes/home depot and it was just brass.. didn't look too nice.
Unfortunately 1 barb coming from the top radiator must be 90 degrees. Also the thread length is important as it must come swoop around 25mm for the fan and run the tubing right under the fan.
I figure I could work something where i could get a 3/8npt to 1/4npt 3/8npt adaptor and then rethread a danger den delrin t on one side add in a 1/4" bspp barb..
too much work though and most likely would come out to the same price.

its NPT though, would need some kind of adapter And it would most likley require PTFE tape on the tapered thread.

I'd be worried about it being the wrong type of SS. Not all SS is compatible with copper/brass/nickel. Is that from Summit....or JEG's?

That is likely 304 (passive) which should be fine, if it's 304 (active), that'd be a different story, but I really doubt it'd be "(active)" considering it's application. As far as flow.....again, should be much of a problem at all.

Maybe this one can fit your system as well...

is that an npt barb? If that was out, I would think about using it in another part.
Do you sell one in g 3/8?
This picture will give you an idea of the difficulty of this setup. It will be a 780I motherboard with 8800gt in sli, 2 full cover blocks. They will be taking the bottom slot, middle slot... with swiftech radiator and 25mm fans flush to the top.
Was going to use koolance coil wrap to give the tubing coming out of the top barb on the gpu block that 45degree angle and then go straight into the 5/8 npt ss barb coming from the radiator.
Notice how a regular L would not work on the radiator, because it doesn't clear the fans?
First, I will try it with straight fittings and if that doesn't work, I'll get the L

It won't. It's npt and has a lot of thread(s). The way it's tapered, it jams into the hole, not like bspt thats mean't to go in smooth and use an O ring. I will use thread tape with this one.
If it was bspp, I would be worried, because only the O ring would seal it.
So technically facing it anywhere I want would the least of my worries
