    Quality OCing Mobo for Q6600

Don't know where to put this, so here it goes...

Looking for a good overclocking motherboard for a Q6600 G0, trying to stay under $150(AR).
My previous plans was to pickup a cheap ~$200 E8400/E3110 and grab a ~$120 DFI BloodIron but that just isn't happening right now with Penryn availability.

Been trying to research good motherboards for quadcores and can't seem to find too much info, other than what I am about to post.

$120 DFI BloodIron, decent P35, supposedly not well suited for quadcores.
$140 ASUS P5K-E P35, looks nice, have heard some good things about it but at the same pricepoint as the DFI LP-P35...
$140 DFI LP DK P35-T2RS, DFI quality, great looking board, large NB & PWM HS that looks like it could interfere with a TRUE...
$135(AR) Abit IP35PRO, hear some good things, don't like the 1 piece cooling solution.

What I am looking to do is overclock my Q6600 to the max, hopefully around 3.6-3.8ghz if not higher. I have Crucial DDR2 1066 D9GMH sticks that I would like to play around with and get the best performance from. I am a gamer first but still love to overclock and bench, on air w/ TRUE(I might eventually meander into H2O). Looking for a board that has the best chance of doing +450FSB.

Just looking to get some good advice, motherboards aren't exactly one of my strengths when it comes to overclocking potential.

at that price point, go with the DFI. The ASUS would get my vote, but the P5K-E apparently has brutal vdroop. Too bad you couldn't fork out for the Premium Black Pearl, the board is the pinnacle of P35 goodness.

Umm enabled load line calibration of vcore damper (in older bioses). Or pencil mod, 10 seconds and there is no droop at all.

DFI. Just got mine with one of the cheap q6600's from Microcenter. She's been flawless even with me trying some dumb overclocks. Cant say that about the Asus or Abit boards i've tried.

I'd say P5K Premium if you mentioned it, but with it having some layout issues and the SATA issue with some people, I'd definately advice the DFI LP T2RS, a great card on all reviews/forums, just doing as good as the P5K series with quadcores
