NB on my P5Q-E is at 1.36v, PLL at 1.7, VTT at 1.58. Left GTL stock.
The 65nm Intel chips are tougher than you think. People have ran their chips at 1.7v for 2 years without a problem.
I'm on water. Idle in the high 20s to low 30s and load in the 50s. Ambient of ~15-18C
well im not sure if this counts because i had to go into safe mode cause everytime in vista after it would initiate my USB devices, it would blue screen. so...here it is.
1.56v according to bios

WTF its got like no info not even fsb and multiplier.
Edit: Wait got it now, it failed to be validated.
Heres a recent shot of mine looks to have good VID but its a pain in the butt trying to get it stable above 3.7ghz. Anyone have any ideas maybe its a setting in my BIOS that I'm forgetting?
Same thing here... can't go much higher than 3.6GHz, but I'm pretty sure it's my PSU. What are your settings right now?

That's pretty good clocks for 1.33 Vcore, if I'm reading your screenshots correctly. Raise your Vcore. Mine will do 4.0, but, it needs to some serious volts to do so, ~1.63 Vcore with Vdroop correction enabled. You will need to raise Vcore, VTT and NB voltage to go higher. Adjust GTL's as necessary. ~1.5 Vtt should be good for 24/7. Since your cooling with water, your temps shouldn't go much above mid 60's under full load at higher voltage. My chip doesn't get much over mid to high 60's at 1.63 V Vcore under P-95.Anyone have any ideas maybe its a setting in my BIOS that I'm forgetting?

I'll give somethings a shot what are the ranges for GTL on Q6600?
for my dfi 680i i use 145, 95, 95. with 1.44vtt
also my cpu z was validated because when i tried 4050mhz it didnt allow it.
as i said, i was running in safe mode which is why you cant see the multiplier, fsb etc.

yea looks like the GTL voltages were the culprits. Have them set and have been stressing for the past 30 minutes where as before it would fail at first iteration. 3.8ghz stable @ 1.52V pretty good? Also does the VTT really matter as long as it correlates with the GTL?

Does anyone know what the WR is for highest FSB on a Q6600?
What are mainly is everyone running for NB voltage for 420-430FSB range?
my q6600 siting at 3.8 1.58vcore ides 36/load/69
My Ip35-E needs 1.33 MCh for 425 X 8 = 3.4 ghz stable OC.

Well, as long as you don't go much over 1.5 V and keep GTL's to 0.667xVTT, you should be fine. What I usually do is multiply my desired VTT voltage by 0.667 to get my corresponding GTL voltage. There's a look-up table for the BlackOps that corresponds the BIOS settings for the desired GTL voltage for the corresponding VTT voltage. I will resort to adjusting GTL's only when one core is failing and the other three are passing. I have done the same with northbridge voltage and northbridge GTL tuning. I have also used GTL's to lower Vcore, once I have found stability at a certain Vcore. GTL's are for fine tuning. Also does the VTT really matter as long as it correlates with the GTL?
It depends on your board, chipset and how much RAM you are using, 2x1G, 2x2G or 4x1G. It also depends on whether your dimms are single sided or double sided. Single sided dimms are easier to run than double sided. What are mainly is everyone running for NB voltage for 420-430FSB range?
On my board, with 2x1G DDR3, I use about 1.5V NB for a stable 8x450. For 9x412, I can use 1.46 V NB for both 2x1G RAM and 2x2G RAM. The cooler you can keep the NB, the better off you are in terms of stability.

Hi guys. I'm going to make my first overclock and i need some help. I have a Q6600 vid 1.2125, is it good? I want to put it on 3'6, what changes the number of the multiplier? it's 400x9 acceptable? I guess i will have to turn up the voltage to be stable, no? I am on air (Noctua NHU12P) and G.Skill 4gb 800mhz on xp32
Sry for my n00b questions and my poor english :$
Cheers
