On monday I have sent by Marvin packing list and invoice, needed documents to take Victor`s unit from the magazine.

I`ll send money to Masell (for shipping SLI unit) on saturday, after sallary which will be on Friday.

Cash was send by bank agency as I told ya, ya should got it already ?

3 stager isn`t needed at CeBIT, so I can finish it without big pressure. I decided that I`ll show photos of it after finishing it whole. No worklogs, only for symphy.

I`m got over my head now chinnese package and arranging everything with cruise unit, to not have any problems with customs. Magoa`s unit will be send by GLS without any problems, as we are in EU.

I was sick all previous week and I was totally off of everything.

I`m waiting over 12 weeks for Ethylene from Messer Poland, still in contact with my agent and still nothing. I tihnk I should choose Linde.

Ok, so few news.

Gotta problems with price of shipping to australia something 20kg heavy. Don`t wanna have problems with custom like with Victor`s package, but I see that I`ll have that same problem like shipping to china.

Magoa`s autoc will be shipped by GLS. UE, so no problems. Proper packing of course, don`t wanna see no more RMA.

I almost finished Symphy 3 stager. First frost soon.

Waiting for etylene, more I would say, ordering it from Linde. This only is slowing me with symhy and kizmo cascade.

Masell`s SLI unit, tested it for 8h (from 10 to 18) with 155W dummy load and...nothing, unit is working.

I`m slowly going forward because from 10 to 18 I`m at job, and at all all most important shops for me are opened from 10 to 18...at weekends I have school. But I`m doing by best.

I`m cool too with you and with this deal and I`m doing what I can, I got almost 40 e-mails from international/poland agents about this situation.

I gave your phone and e-mail to international agent, he should contact with you. He have to.

MaSell there is a very simple way to tell if unit is live or not.
turn the cooler on, not attached to anything.
Take a multi-meter and touch a lead on the evap face and the copper tubbing.
If it reads 0v then you have no issues, if it reads <220V you have a faulty compressor, or system wired incorrectly

Luke to memory you said all units done by Christmas or offering refund to customer. Is this still the case?

Kizmo cascade - I`m waiting for ethylene only. It depends on when I`ll got it. I`m in contact with Kizmo all the time and there is no problem. I will be stupid to give money back when only gas is missing and on it`s way.

Symphy`s 3 stager, done after NewYear, because there is no option for me to bring it to life earlier. I think it wouldn`t be problem too, it`s 3 stager and it have to rock on CeBIT 2008. I wanna finish that project.

So only two units will be not done in 100&#37; before christmas, but two units which can wait a little more, to be done perfectly.

All others, Victor, Maoga and Cruise are done, one shipped in 99%, other will be shipped in couple of days.

So only two units left, shipped after New Year.

So you need to be refunding all customers specially Victor, Cruise and Magoa, and never sell another system on XS unless at per the new rules.
As far as I can tell all current outstanding customer are entitled to a complete refund, and you are responsible for your courier company’s mistakes.
If there is issues with the courier companies its your responsibility to take legal action against them.

victor`s is shipped. I got answer from them with solution for Victor (we need to change privat-privat to company-company relations, then he will pick up unit).

Magoas,Cruise,Kizmo,Symphy units will go to them. (for two of them I`m only waiting for ethylene still).

Chineese unit is stock at custom but will be not. Not for that I taken credit to ship it.

And not for refund I ordered R14 for symphy 3 stager

I can`t handle everything in one time, I have to choose important ones but how, because all are that same important !

On first days of March I`m sending Magoa`s autocascade, Cruise just after that. will show photos of Symphy 3 stager.

Refund for Masell, I`m working on that.

On beginning of March Cruise and Magoa`s unit will leave Poland, I talked with Kayl about that.

I talked already with cold_ice and I`ll got R14 from him.

Just R1150 and I`ll tune Kizmo cascade which is done.

also, Bill of Lading have to be modified with the corresponding shipper/consignee.
btw, remember to mark the value of the unit = 300$ on the PI.

and... exchanging docs fee should be on Luke,
1/2 storage fee due to delay should be on Luke.
