Don't be afraid for me . I just wonder why Team and their wonderful memories don't manage to reach 700MHz .
Cellshock don't impress me since their performance are very fluent in PC8000 CAS4 series

But I like to see lower volt. stable at ddr2-1200.

I need only 2.7v to reach 1300 4-3-3-8 1m on nv680i.
2.15v 1200 5-5-5-x pi_32m on P5B-Deluxe
isn't that good ?

but to run faster, 500mhz 3-3-3-x, 600mhz 4-4-4-x is what we concern, right ?

Hey Jmax we all know that you are a MHZ guy more that a high score guy and that is pretty obvious with your only 2X1GB run that clearly shows relaxed timings and even relaxed sub timings could be there but we can’t see to judge on the other hand other people 24/7 or benchers prefer the best possible performance and that come with C4 and C3 +you are the only one who uses very high RAS to Cas and Ras precharge

Basically you know that your limit is the chipset and that got nothing to do with the brand of ram so I bet that any GMH flashed with those Crucial SPD will run at those speeds although the might not be free of errors and by that I mean they could pass the pi run but with performance loss but any GMH can do it that is why I said you didn’t test any of them

I just speak about current wr since I read too many time members saying that Team is the best memory whereas Team isn't the best manufacturer.

Concerning your Results with PC9600, of course they are good... ES, Pretest + Ultra high binning memory (600MHz CAS4 stable)

On NF6 platform, I just would like to make a little precision on it : high scores on nf6 will never impress me since there is a sort of higher latency from the chipset like the 1333 strap on Badaxe.
It explains why there s only on nf6 that you manage to get a 4-3-3- over 600MHz.

Concerning my score over 700MHz, look at my bench with 2.45V and 2x1GB sticks... It's a very cool voltage (2.45V) and a classical ammount of memory (2GB)

First of all, you are wrong : how can you said I have never test D9GMH sticks ??? I may have tested 5 differents stick of D9GMH

Secondly, the very high frequency I get with my crucial isn't due to his SPD with EPP... It's only due to their ability to reach high freq with CAS5 timings. I look at the Crucial SPD and I compared it to Geil and other brand : othing extraordinary

Finally, I just would like to read Victorwang results on my favorite brand manufacturer without being hurted each time by you

Nice RAM you got there. Will be interesting to see wether it makes it into retail or not.
When I first saw the pictures I was a little surprised, because one of the main reasons for DDR2 developement was to make the ram run at a lower operating voltage, so it stays cooler and needs less power.
Now we already are at DDR1 stock voltage, assuming those sticks can handle the voltage over time.
