Yeah this is really good service coming from EVGA, another first class support to their track record.
Definitely a thumbs up for customer service, considering the product was functional as is this is simply above and beyond on their part and is something you just don't see happen very often.

They should work on either card possibly, they have 480's with high flows so maybe they need stock first or something.
