What i meant was what highest multiplier for whole cpu you can set in bios and in software, for your chip it should be x14, but maybe because of turbo you can set up to x16.5.Maybe turbo has to be off in bios for this, maybe dont.Its very interesting and important to people who want to buy non BE chips, x13 on 1035T is kinda lowish, in example for me it would be impossible to go to 4ghz with x13 multiplier (mb craps out at 300HTT).
And as turbo can access these higher than stock multis, maybe they can be set manually in bios or software too :).
