Wow this looks great, I may have to switch EVGA Precision in favor for this. :)
EDIT: It's also one no installer, just an exe file so that's always a bonus to me.
Reminds me of Coolbits - clean and functional without unnecessary bling.
I dunno if I would call it extensive but it does look pretty nice :)
Thanks for posting!
simple and small, love it!
Is Coolbits dead? :p: I like the looks of this, it's clean and tidy with enough functionality for most.
looks like it was made by nvidia... there are nvidia logos everywhere :D
btw, it doesnt work on my laptop... at all... all the fields are empty...
It works on my 311. I like it way better than Nvidia system tools.
Awesome, now i can up the volts on my Palit brand 470  Finally hit GTX 480 clocks.
They just need a way to load settings on startup, like with that EVGA tool. Also a tray icon.
This is very nice, at last an overclocking tool that loads instantly :p:
Nice looking software, I wonder if it crashes Windows as often as GPU-Z does.
Hmm GPU-Z doesn't crash my Windows?
Any chance of a version for ATi cards? :D
Anyone know how to increase the voltage on the 400 series beyond the capped 1.125 in programs? I appear to have gotten a dud in comparison to some people achieving 850ish on stock volts.
That is nice. Really nice. Perfect even. Well done to the programmer.
well done
How is GPU-Z crashing your Windows ? Its one of the most used programs out there, you must really have bloated OS...
I've never seen GPU-Z crash, you must have a borked OS.
Not really. I've a GTX260 (192 SP's) with Microsoft Update drivers (Win 7 x64 Ult.), and it works fine, but the voltage control does not work... the voltage is there and all of that, but cannot be used...
Any problem with voltage adjustement with GTX260 on the program Orbmu2k?
Btw, Great overcloking tool :)
ahhh ok. thanks for your prompt reply. So it's fermi only, good to know =)
Yeah it's working fine with microsoft update drivers. I tested it this night at home, by overcloking the card to 650 / 1100 / 1350 (core/mem/shaders) then fan @ 100% and let furmark 1.8.2 on stability test all night long running.
Later on when i'm back @ home i'll post some pics of it working =)
From NVIDIA itself, dunno what system you have, so here for Vista/Win7 32Bit..

Other drivers sometimes not contain the needed interfaces. ;-)
Don't compare this tool with GPU-Z or Afterburner, its for NVIDIA cards only, its based 100% on NVIDIA drivers and nothing more. So it will contain all limitations by the drivers, and will not add extra stuff like the other tools does.
And finally, no iam not working for NVIDIA. :)
thanks :toast:
im on 64bit tho... let me see if i can find the 64bit one...
i downloaded the latest verde driver... but it tells me its not compatible with my laptop
lol in my lappy works fine saaya
check if you are running the hd or the g210
This tool would not let me adjust core speed (EVGA 480 SC) all other features seemed to be accessible.
Anyone find a driver that doesn't have the 1.125 limitation on voltage? Some shots have it up to 1.2, but I'm stuck at 1.125.
wtf, really? idk man... it tells me setup couldnt detect any compatible gpu... and yes, i switched to nv graphics, of course...
bah, i should have gone for the model without nvidia gpu, only used it for 6 hours or so since i bought the laptop... :D
any1 know whether the 1.138 V on gtx 480 is software limited or hardware?
Software. You can get 1.21V max. Here's my card running the latest BIOS modded by Oliver. Check out the 470/480 thread in nVidia forums.

Found a replacement for Afterburner! :)
Good job mate.
nice job :)
Nice tool but is there profiles ?
Nice little tool, immediately blue screened my laptop though. Works fine after upgrading to 196.17 drivers.
This tool would be perfect if it would auto-apply clocks at startup.. :)
Nice tool, I like.
On my Giga 260gtx SLI setup I cannot adjust voltage. But using Afterburner I can, or maybe it just looks like I can.
nice tool :)
I get this error on my 9600GT:

I run an HD4870+9600GT(PhysX) setup.
Version 1.82:
- new method to retrieve shader count
- simple profile management through command line parameters
out now! ;-)
Hi Orb, any plans to implement windows startup + auto overclock apply at boot?
Thanks for the great tool!
You can do this with the new version already. ;-)
Select your clocks, click "Create Clocks Shortcut" and move the shortcut from desktop to the startmenu/startup folder.

Pretty much an amazing tool, I thank you very much. Is there any plans to implement PWM adjusting? I know that E-Leet (Not that I would use it, this tool is far superior imo) is doing this now and people are commenting on improved overclocks with lower voltages and stuff when changing that. Thanks again!
Nice app, using version 1.9  Is there any chance of you uploading Fermi BIOS Editor Lite orbmu2k? If you did that you would certainly have a lot of love from members here and take the creators of nibitor down a few of their pegs :D
how does this compare to MSI Afterburner?
We can hope. Ignoring the fact GTX470/480 BIOSes can't be read in nibitor 5.6 even though it supposedly supports them somebody I know asked how much he needed to "donate" to use the internal "private" version of nibitor, he was quoted $25
Thanks mate, looks like a all in all neat pr0g
