The current oc-tools is limiting the memclock, 1143MHz is max.

Wow, spanks my card pretty bad, I don't think those clocks would work for stable gaming though. If they are I would be tempted to sell my card for 200 and pick up a 1950 for 200 more:p: I would have the card on water so maybe...
niceee :D
how's oc score hehe ( edit... nvm it is oc already )
Will be interesting to see what the GDDR4 chips can do with added voltage and cooling.
1143MHz is on default voltage :DQuote:

No Coldbug :)
Don't mind the clocks, waiting for the new ATItool before maxing it out.
why i feel not gain too much with x1900xtx , how about 3D06?Quote:

well..... as i know.... G80 is much stronger than x1950 for now....
also... if 7950GX2 counts as one card.... it is better than x1950 too...
hey... but DI / LN2 on X1950 and not for 7950 lol
btw. i feel 3.9G C2D should hold up to 15000 3Dmak06 and about 30000 3Dmark05.... damn we need X1950 CF or Q-SLi heheheh

ATI has not followed suit on a dual core solution yet (bringing it to market). It's not simply better then 1950 its only a dual GPU that's better. If you want to make a comparison you have to look at the efficiency between the 2. To be honest if the 1950xtx does keep pace with a dual GPU 7950 its obvious that the x1950xtx is more efficient.
I will, be back later with the results. I will also try the 6.8 in 05 instead of the early driver I used. 6.8 has some perf increase in it. Wanna brake 16k all on air :)Quote:

no so more largely differentiated to a overclocked X1900XTX
core duo yonah @3.1ghz and a 1900xtx 750/850 @7.1k you have 7.5k with this c2d and a X1950 ~400points
That is not impossible but there is no oc tool that can set over 1143MHz atm. Over 1143 the performence drops to about 10fps.Quote:

oh woow really? basiclly not enough voltage...... hummmQuote:

Your not getting me. The voltage is at 1.9V for 1143MHz. I could set 2.48V but the problem is in the algorithm for the clock, the clockgen gets "corrupted" over 1143MHz.Quote:

just noticed ati tool reporting 960A  LOL
Only got a XTX. Will have to buy a master later on.Quote:

Yeah but, the romour, I know its only romour but still... That R600 is too hit the streets within 2006, and that sure as hell has alot of more power :(

Whats default VGPU on X1950XTX?
1.55V set for Benchs?
raiden
same as X1900XTXQuote:

reviews of the X1950xtx I do hope that Wiz is able to tighten up the mem a bit. You might see a nice boost in performance IMO.
Very nice Kinc :toast: I hope scores and OC will improve with better OC tools, course i hit 16,6k in 05 with E6600ES 4ghz and XTX 813/980 :) :toast:
Very nice result. I'm anxious to see results with a proper overclocking utility. :D
Great news, this puts ATI back in the game :woot: , 90k '01 & 30k '05 are getting closer.Quote:

Wow, thanks for this preview, i cant wait until they get a good oc tool working...
Makes me mad i just bought a 1900xt...
For 200 bones.. why would you be :p:
Nice. 16k on AIR, and a very low overclock. 3.00GHz memory coming soon? ;)
Nice clocks Kinc, every time I see this I think of myself this is half of my last name :P
Impressive I cant wait for my GX2 to get here so I can run it on 165 @ 2.9 and then on my conroe rig soon to come :P
Have you tried setting only voltages with WinClk and changing clocks using ati tool beta 14. It won't show temps but you should be able to set any clock and it will keep tight timingsQuote:

hi there kinc , respect according to samsung the chips are good for 2400 on mem (1200mhz+)so i think in someones hands like yourself they'll be more in them once ati tool or whoever sorts the clocking tool out should be good
so what does that make the mem chips? .4ns?
0.9nsQuote:
