The 7300GT here is clocked at 550/1600 !!! Normal 7300GTs are 350/1000 at max. Plus I believe this has pipelines unlocked.

i'm gonna take a wild guess (since that site is loading rather slowly) that this is the same version as the innoVision that's really a 7600 with a 7300GT name (different clocks as well maybe). given that, it's not much of a surprise that in SLI, it beats the 7900GT.

No, it comes factory clocked....using DDR3 1.4ns, and it has 8pipelines only. They are a few manufacturers that have those cards...and it's not too $. About US$100-$110 I think....

Most partners sell their 7300GTs at the reference clockspeeds but already a few partners have shown 7300Gts clocked at 7600 clockspeeds.

All G7x GPU's have different clocks for geometric domain and ROP/shader domain. I change default (zero) delta to -100 with Nibitor.

I searched for US sources for a while but came up empty. Mwave has a 7300GT DDR3 "listed" but it's really DDR2(they included the model #, which when searched with, reveals it's the slow DDR2 model). Mwave does that often; attempts to scam the unobservant.

these cards might be all great for 3dmark, but oh boy will they choke in a real game... unless you play in 1024*768 that is...

there is a reason that even with sli 7300gt that S_A_V's cant get close. now had he got a single 7900gt yes i would expect something much higher then my score.
in a way it is impressive but if you had to tweak settings to get faster fps vs what you actually use in game. whats the point? if just benching to compete it different. all the scores i got are with setting i game with.

There's a "DDR3 Memory Support" logo on that page - but no mention of it in the specs - I'm a pesimist so I'd guess not. Found some cheapies in the UK, that appear to be ddr3, £110 for a pair seems reasonable :) But neither company ships abroad - dabs has a sister site @ dabs.fr which might stock the same cards.

Those 7300 cards seem to be fun to play with, because they are so cheap, but unfortunately I cant find any DDR3 models in Germany.
Even the Palit one is listed as DDR2. Furthermore the Palit card mentioned above has only 128MB according to their website...
There are even 512MB XFX cards out that are only a few $ more than the 256MB ones, but both are using DDR2 :/
Does anyone have some benchmarks of "real" games like Oblivion? I was originally going to get a 7600GT until DX10 cards are out as I am not into gaming that much any more, but I want something that is able to run games smooth anyway.

I didn't get it.
Did you unlock the pipes by flashing the bios now or didn't you?
Someone mentioned that they are hardcut, so no way to enable the missing pipelines.
You should see a increse in scores after the "mod".
7300Gt uses 8pixel 4 vertex shaders. Yours show 12/5 now, which would mean you can unlock them.
I am confused. Please enlighten me :)

i cant seem to flash to a negative delta clocks..

picked up my dabs value it is an inno3d 7300GT 256MB DDR3, a quick play in 05 Venice 2700 - 5545 - 628 - 819(Official 91.31)

Tried to unlock with riva tuner, the pipes and the vertex shader show as disabled, and you can check them to unlock, but upon reboot rt still shows 8pp,4vp, must try the drivers mentioned

install the 84.66 for 7300GT

91.31 is a slow driver

That they are GDDR2 not GDDR3 :fact:

Those DDR2 7300s have half the bandwidth. You REALLY want a DDR3 version. If you check out the reviews, you'll find that the DDR3 versions make a lot of games playable while DDR2 versions often don't even deliver borderline. Ugh, it's a start I guess, but 128MB will kill performance in too many games. More waiting game for 256MB versions to show up.

Pity they're plentiful in the UK...

The memory is factory voltmodded from what it looks like. They are using Infineon AFL20 chips which are running with 1.8V according to the datasheet, but Palit runs them with 1.98V, which explains why they oc that good.
I have 3 cards, only one of them can bench at 800, havent tested above that yet, but the other 2 cards are stuck at 777 and 795Mhz.
They are nice little cards, but I would get 7600GS with DDR3 for the same price now if I had to buy another pair of video cards.
