It's normal for those chips at those steppings to do 3Ghz @ 1.5v+ I wouldn't worry until you get to 1.67v and up and load temps of >50C, just keep it at 40-45C on full load and <1.67v.Quote:

& I would mount a small 97mm fan over your pwm area to keep those temps down. also some good cable management can help some more in lowering temps. last but not least,. buy a giant fridge and make that your computer room, atleast you won't have to go far for the beer ;)
