If you read back through this thread you will see that the staff here has already made statements regarding verifying suspicious screenshots that use anything but the latest CPUZ. The older CPUZ, as well as most other OC tools are quite easy to manipulate to make them read just about anything you want them to.
Unless this fellow is a known reputeable OverClocker, and has provided Pictures, benchmarks at slower stable speeds approaching those, and other supporting evidence you can be pretty safe in assuming fake. We've recently had a number of high 6, and 7+ ghz fakes.
Another thing to consider is it seems only the latest LGA775 chips are even coming close to that.
Again, sorry but unless this fellow has a sterling rep and/or a bunch of supporting evidence, its not going to fly... And the staff here won't verify it.
