"I"s are not newer, but they may have just been designed using later manufacturing techniques or even a different FAB. I don't know, but there's a reason AMD changed their codes and whatever that is, those ones seemed to be doing better. NewEgg is out of stock, but their supplier hasn't changed so the fact that they are out of stock doesn't mean a thing.
Eh maybe I'm wrong though about the "I"s. Endre's link doesn't seem to mesh with that... Most of the ones with the later dates seem to be doing better. Argh, who knows!
yeah so? whats the problem? i wasnt sayin anything bad about you. i know what you were tryin to say and it made sense but seeings how they have sold out i dont think that they were holding out on us with the "I" cores? to be honest man i think all they had were the "A's" unless a bunch of people who got the last of the batch got the "I's" and arent tellin us about it or havent got them yet? all i know is i didnt get one :(
