No shait. I guess DD should have refused to be the US distributor? I guess they held a gun to TC's head?

wow so they ARE stealing other manufacture's products and selling it as their own. there is nowhere on those links that say it is made by Koolance or Koolance branded.
i hope this store (AT) gets their asses burn the F off.:down::down::down::down:
:down::down::down::down::down::down:
I noticed in that luxx support link earlier several people raving about how AT is now individually packaging their fittings in little plastic bags. I wonder where they got that idea?
Wasn't me, but I'll clear it up anyway.
If you look at the european watercooling online shops, it's like having 100 petras and once performance pcs.
Exclusive by Contract? no, but their size gives them a massive advantage.
I happen to know German, the mods are deleting all posts related to the trademark debacle.
Until the waters clear this is the last thing I will add to the subject:
One of the affected companies (Bulgin), after being made aware of the situation, put the matter on the hands of their legal team and AT withdrew their application.
In this whole conundrum this is the only fact I've got, because I've "heard" it from the horse's mouth.
Everyone can draw the conclusions they want out of this.
Yes. I know there were complaints about DD hording the rads. DD did not sell TC rads for squat so why would they hoard them? I think we already know TC had serious production issues. I remember reading whining posts about it but at the same time I notice on my trips to DD the TC racks were empty or close to empty. Black Ice rads on the other hand sold like crazy.
Go back and read my hints over a year ago about their demise (I knew they were out fishing for a buyer even when people who thought they were in the know said otherwise).
Ever heard of PMs?
How have I to understand this? (status a few minutes ago)
And e. g. the fact, that you didnīt have any other possibility to buy a Thermochill in Germany for years (I have tried it) so nothing to do with latest news)? And you still have no other possibility to buy a XSPC rad in Germany (I have tried it)?

So they HAD a contract with AT until last summer? And with whom do they have a contract, now? Are the new tubings Feser or DD?
see above and
Dein Deutsch ist nahezu perfekt, super! Qu'ā cela ne tienne!
Could you please tell these nice guys who began the discussion? Just to end discussions about my relationship to AT? Thank you in advance!
interesting ... but perhaps offtopic.
Why donīt you comment the rest? No links, no fun? All "heisse Luft"?
I know about DD, itīs well known in Germany, I guess. When did AT register the name? Before or after the split? I really do not know it.
One last additional notice: Perhaps AT is the evil one in this scene. Maybe. So this http://www.aquatuning.de/shop_conten...ge/en/coID/101
is all not true. Maybe. But why donīt anybody stop them to write those lies?
I still do not understand. To dumb. Sorry.
writing all those lies? That is just a brief history of the company. What the hell does that have to do with anything here? Not to mention that was last updated 2 years ago.
When did AT register the name? You really are ignorant and lazy ... there have been a dozen links here to the OHIM site showing the registrations, which clearly lists the dates the trademarks were applied for. (Most were in February of this year)
Well, since Aquatuning refers to themselves as the Owner and Legal Entity for the name Danger Den, at least in the filing with the OAMI, I guess that pretty much says AT is the owner of the Danger Den brand. No mention of DD being a U.S. based company or owned/trademarked in the U.S.
Oh, and AT registered with OAMI the name DD this year, 2009....well after the split.
Here, try this. Trademark #007542152.
Type that into the basic OAMI search here: http://oami.europa.eu/CTMOnline/Requ...en_SearchBasic
Hope this is navigable for you and not too basic. :welcome:
This is the only thing you have posted that I agree with. Well, except for "to". It should be "too".
You really make no sense. Why are you even posting if you do not understand the issue or facts involved? AT registered Danger Den's name a year after Danger Den refused to renew a contract with them. Will someone please translate this to German for scamps?
agreed, I think we should stop arguing with scamps :D ....the more he posts, the more it's confused and a dead end.
WTH are you talking about? Are you saying that AT did NOT register the names?

When a company does that sort of move they usually know that they won't get screw as the consumer as little to no choice.
I bet that after this move the price will rise up for two reason: 1st no competition, 2nd get their money back at the end consumer gets screwed
OMg . . .that would be awesome. you thing Germans have colorful personalities . . . .Texas make them look like nerdy accountant types . . .guys like you refer to and Geno (another Texan) are freakin firecrackers. water-cooling marketing would look like the end of Terminator 3 . . . .mushroom clouds and all
Ummmmm ...."SilenX iXtrema CTM 007605595" Well that was a goof if I ever heard of one. Talk about a worthless name to register.:rofl::rofl:
OMG they registered "Obama" and "change". What is next. Will they register "FTW"?
