Mod bios installed and all is ok. RH very quick with mod, thanks guys. My 6400 runs very good on this board. I do need some heatsinks for voltage regulators on this board they get very hot when i push it and may be limiting my oc. Who sells good heatsinks for these small power chips
Yes the A09.RXX works well! I cut some larger heatsinks up so that they fit the power chips. Glued them on with thermal epoxy. What is your user name at RHCF? Of did you not join?

never joined at RH. I have downloaded many bios from there site. Are you able to tell if it helped your oc or just cool the board with heatsinks.Quote:

Anyone else try the new Rebels Haven N56BAA09.RXX Mod BIOS? My best so far has been the mod 612. Lets me reach 315 HTT, and it's the only one that has let me run stable with the settings in my sig. I've tried all the others, modded and stock, to no avail.

Funny thing is, it refused to work with 2800+ sempron / 6000+ and my two setts of ddr2, now it works with my sempron 2800+ and dual channel works again :)

The Admin at Rebels Haven is advising not to flash Beta BIOS N56BAB01.BST that is on the Tiawan site. He's reporting Windows hanging on start up, and BIOS corruption of the next flash. The corruption renders the system dead.
