That's the same guy predicting the HD 6950 would beat the GTX 580, right?

I was right.
I'm sure he was talking about 3dmak11 score :D
Yeah, he is about as good as Fuad at these rumours...
If it(6870) is somewhat faster than 580 don't expect NV will sit still and leave those prices untouched. They will make corrections instantly. Basically, performance will dictate the prices.I expect that you will get similar perf./$ from both camps. What is unknown is power draw comparison and driver support.
Sure, but he's also right there behind Charlie, when it comes to hating NVIDIA.
Hardware.fr have both 6900 cards and are confirming december 15 to be the launch date in their GTX 570 Review.
Quote:
A l’heure où nous publions ce dossier, les Radeon HD 6900 sont enfin entre nos mains et avec un lancement prévu le 15 décembre il paraît cette fois sage de patienter une semaine de plus pour disposer de toutes les informations avant d’acheter.
Well since Charlie wont respond to this post, lets read what he posted here
Most people are biased, even journalist or reviewers are biased. You're not? Some people are just more open about it.
If for example some people can tolerate Fudzilla they should not have any problem to tolerate Charlie plus most times he at least knows what he is talking about or has better sources.
Whether I like Charlie or not it's not the point.
EDIT
Anyway all this was about neliz until Vardant compared him to Charlie. I believe there is nothing to compare.
I don't think so.
My opinion is more that fanboyism brings negative attitudes in HW debates.
Charlie is a really AMD's passionnaria and plays with that in a pathetic way and when I wanna find real informations I 'ill grab'em in non-biaised areas, plenty of sites make excellent work and I can diggin' my passion in a fair way.
Ideas can change Heinz :yepp:
I don't think anyone can truly be 100% unbiased unless they're a robot. The question is how much someone is
How about you bring proof that Charlie's motivations are fueled by AMD fanboyism instead of past interactions where Nvidia lied to him and AMD hasn't fallen into that flagrant moral trap? BTW this is rhetorical question let's just go back to fantasizing about 6900 offering better value than what Nvidia has currently put out.
