well, i think the -25F rating is given by crucial, but technically there should be -2E chips, the ddr2-1000 @ cas5 binned chips :D

i agree. sadly i appear to be limited to 520mhz with this sempron's memory controller. got an intel board on the way :D

I think the B6-25F are D9GMH ??? but on my Ballistix 2x1024 are D9GMH i think its the same as B6-25F ?

D9GMH is originally B6-3, afaik (micron's fbga decoder broke :(), and crucial rebinned it to -25F speeds

Ok. So among the latest micron ics d9gkx & d9gmh seem to be the best. The question is can they do 3,2,2 and which of those two is better? I think i saw 360 mhz out of the 6400 teamgroup kit which is based (for sure) on the d9gmh

Most 2X1GB kits will not run 3-2-2 at high speeds. The tightest you can expect with 2X1GB is 3-3-2 at semi-high speeds or 3-3-3 at higher speeds. If you want 3-2-2 timings, try to find used modules with Micron Fat Body chips. They are mostly 2X512 kits.

it looks like kinda small to be the 'fatbody' chips, and yet they're rectangular shaped instead of square. couldn't really see the chip numbers, but probably D9DPN or something...
