Just got to find some1 who will buy this mobo... I aint gonna give up this easily... I think I'm gonna get one more these kind of boards... This one is from the same shipment as was my 1st one so maybe there's something about those boards.. or maybe I'm just dreaming :)
What exactly is wrong with it and how much do you want for it?Quote:

I believe there was a BIOS being worked on for that board to allow you to run 4 DIMMs at 1T Timing Mode:D
how much mem volts ?Quote:

Can we get what exact voltages you are using SIOXU?
Thats an interesting CPU clock you have going there ;)Quote:

I have some problem with the Saphire mod. "OC bios", impossible to flash when i open the software Winflash, my screen is corrupt or i have not flash anything yet, the screen is covered by little blue and red lines...
Other it's really the time a fully compatible and working OC software is released..
Well this is unstable anything over 225 (ok, haven't tried every step from 225 to 230. But 230 is too high for this mobo). 240 can't get you even to windows. I know it's not CPU or memories b/c I have run them higher frequencys (250 cpu and over 260 memories). And yes... I have the latest beta bios. Didn't notice any differences after flashed it.Quote:

Tried clocking back to 500/500 before flash? Its recommended earlier in this thread.Quote:

Pehraps you can help me for this too.. is there a possibility like with Nvidia flash tools, to save the actual image.. just for conserve the original bios.?
Yes. Read from the beginning and you'll see multiple people taking you through it. All you need to do is read...small price to pay for X1800XT OC dont you think ;)

It's clear lol, in real i will wait a little bit for the good OC software and for flash the bios, i have the right cooler ( my actual waterblock don't cover entierly the Core zone, the processor is cover but there's place around) and i need install a better cooling solution for memory before launch high OC.. many tweaks seems don't work as well for me as for you with this HIS.. Don't know why..need say, i have tweaks so many long times with Nvidia SLI, i need re-learn all the way for OC with ATI now...Quote:

Give this a try eva and let us know how it goes. If that is the case I will lower mine as I don't plan on going over 792 anyways until I get better cooling/lower temps. I hope a slight drop in voltage will lower pcb/ambient temps some on the card.
BTW, I emailed Arctic Cooling last night about an aftermarket cooler for the X1800XT and they said they have one in design now and should be out in the next 2 months. It does cool better than stock apparently. I hope so! Cooler temps and quieter fan is #1 on my list. I would buy this new cooler asap. If I could even keep temps at 75c full load with much quieter fan I would be happy.
Strange... I never looked temps while playing but right after it's always been under 70c and I have stock cooler and it's overclocked little bit. Though I haven't try playing with this new bios.

I went from 950 artie free, too 985 artie free. the mem gets extremely hot on these cards, so lowering the volt makes sence to me:)
Overklokk have he´s on 1017mhz for 01 benche :)
temps drop considerably and quickly when out of 3D mode. I am sure you are hitting late 70's at least if you are at 70 right after exiting a 3D app/game.
I guess having my mem at 800(792) should do just fine at the lower volts then considering it is much lower than what your mem is set at.
I found the thread.....course its was in my own X1800 thread lol :)

sweet, thanks matey. I never did read that thread cause I wasnt using water cooling.
