haven't tried lowering the shader, but when you get to the end of the line, you may want to raise or lower and adjust gpu accordingly...if you think it's worth a shot...:slapass:

awsome work kinc. These cards love 03 :)
I can say from my experiences that the shader clock seems to limit the max core clocks on the cards. For example, If I set the shader clock lower than say 1350 at default, the cards cores will scale alot higher. I think some legwork there to find the perfect ratios will pay off bigtime.

agreed..there's something for everyone there

If the shader is too high, lowering it will help the hard core ocers

as a daily driver, with limited cooling, upping it may help results

Those not familiar, might find this interesting as far as results from upping the shader alone...

So that explains Team Italy result with 1300+ with 700Mhz SLi .. thanks Kinc for confirming.

It's a shame nature is now cpu bound for the top cards. At some point it will be also for midrange cards I guess so will affect me.

2007 will be time for 2001 to die completely as a gpu bench I think. Shame :(

You "set" it? Seems like you have a way of doing it other than BIOS flash ;) Is there?

Actually three cards :D Only 1 left alive. We hade alot of fun crotale and I but no fun results. We struggled alot with the striker extreme but it didnt like subzero. Then we struggled with getting the cpu up to speed on the evga. When we finally did the cards started dying. I will try and get the rigg back togheter as soon as I can.

and they all say here in belguim im the Hard-Ware killer :D
