yea, still BT.
this is by far the best chip i've had so far. 2nd was my CCBBE 0615DPMW which topped out at 3022@1.55v; limited by cooling.

Did you run any prime on those chips? Just curious what type of prime results to expect from my 170 CCBBE.Quote:

It must be quite easy as I did with my asrock and I hadnt touched anything like that before. The only problem was having slightly too much silver on the end of my pin and it started spreading to other contacts which are pretty close (heart stopping moment for me at the time lol) luckily it dried and stopped running.
Man that stuff is sure runny too isn't it... glad it worked out for you.
yea baby, this is what you want to see from a "high-end" $200 dollar motherboard. now this is the peak of performance!
/sarcasm
just recieved my opty 165 ccbbe 0610 dpmw, and so far have had it up to 3050mhz for pi times. Priming at the moment on 2.75, 1.4v.
should i sell my 0615 on the forums or just go straight to skeezbay?
how are u able to get your chip up to 3 GHz if your fsb is limited to 320?
i use beta BIOS (30A) for my testing. it goes up to 475
Receoviced an Opty 165 0610 DPMW yesterday...so far I can get to 311x9 with 1.408V but prime at CORE 0 "stop responding" (not failed) after half an hour. The temps under full load are about 38°C fans @ 12V and 41°C fans @ 7V...I will try to raise the vcore a bit to get prime stable at 2,8ghz...for now

Primoz

tell me this chip doesn't have potential. 3113mhz with 1.575v on air.
this is CCBBE 0610DPMW, right? You have very good chip. ;) Put it under DI/LN2. :D
yea its a 0610, i'm sure it's coldbugged as all CCB1E/CCBBE are i believe. i would have better luck with chilled water.
When its said all CCBBE are coldbugged, just how bad?Quote:

Some are coldbugged pretty bad. That's why I am holding onto my CCBWE that does 2.85 on water.
i think you would get your best results from a CCBBE at about 20-25c. i believe their coldbug starts to crap out between 0-20c
got a CCBWE 0551 WPMW. its not listed in the catalogue, so heres to hoping right?
there are a bunch of results from CCBWE 0551 on the first page of this thread.
i meant the WPMW part lol, this is the first one with that (not that it may even matter) hence the here's for hoping :D

Have you seen any results on a CCBBE 0617?
i had a couple people with 0617's PM me asking for help on settings and such. i gave them some advice but i haven't heard back from them yet.
yeah, I had a CCBWE 0546MPMW that did 2.9 on air, 2.8 stable. Wanted to keep it in hopes of a "deep freeze" overclock, but needed the money, so its gone. :(Quote:
