easily. with a 3400 2.6 is more like it
ugp if you can oc well then its my cpu.
Well in any case I am going to get the highest possible stable 24/6 OverClock I can. With it getting cold now and my window opened it makes it alittle easier :DQuote:

Btw, i saw u ran "Blend" torture test, which IMHO isn't stressful for the CPU enough. Try "in-place large fft" for real challenge.
no small ffts stresses the fpu more
There's a good article about prime95 in ocforumsQuote:

what you mean with "drivers tweaked up" ?Quote:

try tweaking the advanced dram timings
Meaning, do ya have AA or AF on? Or anything in your vid cards control panel, that you'd change for gaming, and forgot to change back for benching. Like reject said, tweaking up your RAM's timings and speed will do wonders. I'd drop the multiplier, and go for a higher HTT. :)Quote:

So far I have tested my Rev 2 to do 220 @ 2-2-2 but I believe it will do alittle more than that with a good memory controller. That was also with 2 sticks in as well.
nice i would stick with that rather than highest 2.5-3-3 speed you are lucky look at my ram hahahah
2-2-2 owns
what about 2.5-2-2? thats even better if you can get higher
Reject what happens if you change cas 3 to 2.5 and dont touch any other setting ?
And cas can never be higher then the other 2 settings i think, will not boot.
Got a new board today, will be fun again.

I think it's about right. For your reference my 3200+ 1MB oc to 2.7GHz mem at 300MHz 2.5-3-3 is 31s too.Quote:

in 3dmark03 i have 12800 with a x800 xt pe 520/560 16pipes! i must have so 13800 or so!
hmm am i reinstall my OS?
ubermann
i got a new cpu overclock and now my ram speed is lower so im gonna experiment a bit with timings.
using memtest a while ago i found cas 2.5 gives me 25mb/s more but trp to 3 gives me about 70mb/s
it doesnt matter about cas being higher, what about ocz EB at 3-2-2?
did you have to rma your board?
New board alot different then old one.
Cant run same speed.
Dimm2 slot is the only one able to do any decent overclock.
Trouble with multipliers...and so on.
But temps and volts are correct now, go figure =)
Wonder about leaving and buy some other brand.
no please dont! tell dfi they care if your not satisfied.
maybe u need to flash bios
oh 9x multi is a problem for everyone
i tried rp at 3 ran test 5 20 times. boosted my bandwidth to 1674 mb/s from 1589 :D
prime not stable but if i crash ill jsut up a voltage. i dont like prime its too picky and takes too loong

good luck with ya board
Installed xp with 330FSB =)
how's the unbuffered bench?
I'm pushing 2046/2047 unbuffered @ 9x250 1.5-2-2-0 lol ;)
Wow Uber, that's just sick man!! :slobber: :slobber:Quote:

Lost partitions twice and bios reseted itself a couple of times..gave up.
It was with 3-5-4-10 timings =)
