Associated, the FTP upload failed because the file was in use and couldn't be replaced, it's fixed now.
Thanks.
Well, I installed this program on my step-son's PC and it was working great, then the program froze and wouldn't do anything so I used CTRL-ALT-DELETE and closed it. Now the program will only open in the taskbar and won't maximize to full screen so I can see the profiles.
Any ideas what's causing this? I've uninstalled and re-installed the program several times, deleting all files associated with RadeonPro. No progress.
Its working now, no idea what changed since I went to bed last night but I woke up and RP is working fine now.
Since build 1.0.8.0 the program is using a new method to detect applications in order to make possible the utilization of AA/Crossfire profiles in launcher based games.
Please try new build.
Thanks.

About screenshot function, I tried Dirt 2 and it worked fine, but had a CTD in Metro 2033. I think I'm going to remove the function 'till I can get working a new implementation.
Please continue reporting if applications are still crashing.

Hi Japamd. Thumbs up for implementing negative LOD bias clamp. I'm using 1.0.8.7 version, but I'm not sure if it works. If I understood correctly, if I set custom profile and set Texture LOD control to On and Texture LOD Adjustment to 0, then negative LOD bias clamp should be activated? In other words if LOD bias is less then zero, set it to zero, otherwise don't touch it (user zero or positive bias). This option on Nvidia cards helped me a lot getting rid of shimmering effects in some games. Also, I have tried to use positive value for Texture LOD adjustment and it helps getting rid of shimmering but it makes some textures look to much blurry. Thank you in advance.
japamd : RadeonPRO is conflicting with Punkbuster. I suggest you have a button to completely turn off overlay (hiding the fps doesn't help).
I got a feature request. Is it possible to enable monitor aspect ratio on and off for each profile? Some games I just don't mind having the aspect ratio stretched.
AFAIK, it is not a per-resolution basis settings. Scaling my resolution down and then setting gpu scaling on and then scaling it back up causes gpu scaling by aspect ratio to work at ALL non-wide resolutions.
You're welcome :)
Guess what? I found my GoW DVD!!! Finally!!!!!!1!!!! :p:
I just tried the forced vsync using the latest build (1.0.10.1) and it worked fine!
Please try it and let me know if it's working or not.
Hmmm, I'm not sure how that can be done. Is monitor aspect ratio a CCC setting?

It's inside the CCC control panel if that's what you're asking. As for the XML file.. I'll look into it. Look around at the display section of CCC and right click on the triangle thing on the monitor setup. I'll give you screenshots on how to get to it over the weekend. :D
I just noticed this app, read through the whole thread and just wanted to chime in and say
ATI/AMD must be stupid to not hire a guy like you! (but I'm actually happy it stays as a community thing... for now at least. :p)
I've been a longtime Nvidia user now but I think I'm gonna upgrade to a HD6xxx series card when they release and seeing this app just makes me more sure about that decision. Even a nvidiot could get jealous seeing this.
I admire your work, you bring updates out so fast, you actually listen to other people's requests and you're really polite (much more so than most software developers I've seen that can be all grumpy for ppl criticizing all kind of small things). Keep up the great work and I'm sure you'll find RadeonPro to get a lot more popular and famous than you could ever have imagined!

PS: some new features are not available yet on Verde skin, use default skin if you're going to use Driver compatibility and custom executables for AA/CFX profiles.
I'm back early than expected. Still, 4 days of non-stop studying at my university
japamd , here's a howto to access the gpu scaling menu.

Here's how it looks like at native resolution.

Here's how it looks like at non-native, non-widescreen resolution.

Thank you, blindbox.
That option is well hidden, BTW.
I'll try to discover how to enable/disable GPU scaling.

--- Verde
---- New: added menu options to new features (Manage My Drivers and Manage Custom Profiles, look for them at File menu) and options to set Driver compatibility
japamd , could you provide a more thorough documentation regarding Driver Compatibility? How do I make it work? Install a few drivers on top of another? The Verde skin and the original skin has some inconsistencies regarding the driver compatibility part too, such as no 'Manage My Drivers' . EDIT: I found the 'Manage My Drivers' but it's greyed.
Regarding Driver compatibility feature, take a look here, it's very well explained by a RadeonPro user :)
Verde skin have the Manage My Driver option in File menu, while the other skins have it inside Advanced tab. You have to select a profile to enable the link.
Just as a heads up I haven't been able to install the last two versions over the top of a previous installation -
