Can you mark the solder points please, I like clean and understandable pictures of vmods, it is not like you are playing with lego :D
There is 17K Ohm between R570 and pin #1 of that winbond chip? And 33K Ohm between it and L46 (ground)?

This should work  . Using original resistor + 20K Vr, no need to cut trace. We'll see if it does work @ -80C - the 2600 just arrived :D
EDIT: Sorry about the ugly soldering job.....
Honey...... where is my remote???:( Dayumn... I forget where I put that thing....I need to overclock NOW:)

what cooling ?
great result !!
Looks good Dumo, is that ss or more???
Have you ever compared your ES to your retail?
Gamer where are youre results :D
It appears that Yonah has only a slight performance edge over X2 on similar clocks, closer than one would expect from the PI scores. If the chip cannot run past 3.6ghz on xtreme cooling I think it will only be a match for a good FX-60. I'll be testing very soon.

Core Duo T2600 @ 3300 MHz
7900 GTX @ default
Wow, nice score!
OK...I can verify now that this mod works on air...it allows temp adjustment while in bios :woot:Quote:
