can any1 tell me what's going on with my RAM?

Hey guys, had my R3E die on me and shipped it into Asus before I knew they would cross ship on ROG boards:mad:
Now my RMA status is listed as "waitswap". I have no idea what that means but based on previous RMA nightmares I and others have had, I am expecting a lengthy and frustrating turnaround here. Anyone know what "waitswap" means?
Yo guys! I'm selling one of the two amazing chips.. Just thought I'd let you guys know first. Cheers!! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...STRK:MESELX:IT
Hi, I hope someone can help out with my questions on this board and a 3003B288 980x.
First of all, I have my first stable linx 20 pass using 146x30 for 4.4 GHz. I have 1.375V set for the cpu but in CPU Z the value seems to vary alot under load. It goes between 1.376, 1.389 and up to 1.396V. Why is this?
I set loadline calibration = full in the bios. What does this do exactly?
There is also a jumper on the board which people say should be used. Which one is this?
Thanks
Hey Bodar, I just wanna know if it degrades to overclock chip that high? I know it has proper cooling, thats why I'm asking?
Thanx man
You probably refer to QPI Load Line Jumper Switch (To enable it , you need to put the jumper on the first top 2 pins.)
For my 4.3 Ghz Overclock, I use QPI Load Line Calibration and I also use Full Calibration on the Vcore (HT on)
Hey Karlitos. Nice pc you have man! Really awesome! :D I dont think it degrades the chip as long as you stay within a certain voltage range.. The two I've had are still going strong. The only time I really messed up a cpu was when I pumped 1.55 - 1.60 vtt into them.. I think I did 2.0v on the vcore with that one as well.. It was crap anyway and never clocked high so I'm kinda glad I broke it.. That was my goal so i could get an RMA.. :) I wonder how Splave is doing with his new chip..
First try with my new RIIIE:)

Does anyone have detailed changes that were included in BIOSs' 704 and 802? All ASUS have is "improve system stability", which is so helpful... lol.
