I'd personally go for Corsair but either one will probably be fine. I'm a fan of Corsair PSUs and I don't have any experience with PCP&C but I know that they're good too. Go for the one with the better deal in the end.

Not sure about the switch, if somebody needs one then they'll buy it, if nobody does, nobody will. And about the 4850, that's around half of what you pay here in Switzerland, that's a good price.
