I tested my UTT and burned it in on my P4m/IS7e rig @ 260mhz with DDR booster at 3.4v 2,2,5,2 last time round.

Do you guys think my 2*512mb set will be stable 2-2-2-5 at 2.75V 200mhz on my intel S478-rig?
I'm still waiting for the Venice-core untill I buy my new AMD-rig but for now I only have a crappy Shuttle barebone-mobo wich is only stable up to at 230mhz fsb (14*230).
not at 2.75 , maybe 2.9 at a push.
*EDIT*
found my sceen of the UTT on IS7e

Nope probably not, my 2x512 set won't run those speeds even at 3.1V!Quote:

Setyotomo can you please test max stable fsb in memtest#5 at 2.9v with timing of 2,3,3,6 ?
Off topic: Sem že en cajt tu gor, samo bolj malo postam, bolj berem ;).
alonso you have PM ;)
i've found some 256 modules with the exact P/N number as Tictac modules and Mtec 50D 04514 chips.
I'm thinking about buying 2x256 because they didn't have 512 modules (i would like to get a gig, but if it's not possible...)
Mod, please feel free to delete my post if you don't think this is reasonable.
Hey guys, I have a stick of TwinMos Speed Premium 512mb for sale. It is the lesser of the 4 I've purchased from Egg. I know I am not suppose to post FS here but since you guys are in desperate search for them I thought I might just do you a favor. (I can always go to Ebay or just return it to Egg)
AA4T 44D week 46 2-2-2-10 setting all voltage read from DFI NF3 bios
memtest #5 20 loops no error
3.35v 247
3.4v 250
3.5v 254 (wall)
one remark, the chips run very very cool at these voltage. something I thought strange. Price is just cost 78.99 plus 8.25 tax plus 4 dollars shipping from Egg ($90). I'll ship free priority mail with confirmation.
reference http://forums.extremeoverclocking.co...gs.php?u=11066
if you have 18 or above reference I'll ship first. Paypal add 3 percent.
PM me
1500 post!!! woohooo.
sorry guys, couldn't resist.

The previous week's batch was all AA4Ts best I can tell. Hopefully this last Friday's batch and all future batches will also be AA4Ts. Of course, based on what Alonso said about TM still using the Powerchip ICs, there are sure to be some AADTs finding their way to newegg's warehouses.
The AA4T isn't a sure thing, still hit and miss as far as i'm concerned. Mine 256mb stick only does 246mhz 2-2-2-5 with 3.6v.
However, could be my board/bios havn't tired it in anything else.
sorry mare87, i didn't got the chance to try those stick futher, only this screenshot i got left (this uses 2.6v), the sticks are gone.. allready sell it to some friends(while i'm waiting for my 1GB SP arrive :slobber: - i'm using my old tccd back)Quote:

fyi : with 2.9v 2-2-2-x, this sticks don't do well with 1 T. unless you you use 2T,you'll get around fsb 235~245 with only 2.9v - but it'll take all the fun away :p: :p: coz i can do that with hynix d43 :toast:
here's the 2T :

ready to order mine as soon as newegg gets them in stock.
If I didn't already have 4 sticks of unused bh-5 I would try some of this stuff out.
