Are u uning a Vf700 or a Zalman 7000 CU cpu cooler ? And what are ur temps. He is uning watercooling. And the chips get verry hot. So i u can hold the temp low enough u will be able to hit 800.Quote:

I'm running 600-750 @ 1.15-1.85 now because of the high temps. My temps are 64c stressed. @ VF700 CU @ 100% Speed.
Yes, its with H2O :-) 760Mhz, VGPU voltage is set to 1.55V, could be less maybe, if i raise Mhz to 770, it hangs in few seconds in tests, setting to 1.575V which is max in ati tool didnt help. But i see that thru overclocker you can set even 1.6V :D

I can't bench with 990 without artefacts at this time:mad:
DD7 can you post all voltages when you overclocking with ati tool? with 801/909 clocks, thanks :-)
80 mhz difference in mem speed but only 10 points in the total score. So u see that the overlcoker is using other timings. But will give u almost the same peformance.
spajdr: Wat is ur pwm temp ? i saw a guy @ a other forum that had h2o. and his pwm temp was 75C @load so he made a new heatink for the power regulators. Temp was 45c load after the mod and the whent from 730 > 780 Mhz on the core @ the same voltage:

Astennu : got exactly the same temps .. 65-70C .. i will try to catch these heatsinks together lol, i dont want to spend 70 euro on new waterblock with part that cooldown regulators too :-(

thanks mate for info, tried same voltages, but hangs before some 3d scene even starts, ohh well i got worse piece then :slapass:

Will give this sucker something to chew on the next couple of weeks.

It fitted well without any problems at all.
I would love to find out how well that ghetto mod is actually mounted. I would be kinda nervous about that one.
Also i'll try to post some pics of my watercooled X1900XTX tonight.
heres my watercooled XT. The MCW55 sits nice and high so there is no clearance problems even with these tall Swiftech ramsinks.

Are you using the low profile Maze 4 or the regular one? The low profile one like the one I have has clearance issues with one of the sinks.Quote:

I'm #4 on the ORB with Sub 3Ghz CPU and X1900XT/XTX :)
i am hoping to get some nice scores on air done tongiht and attempt over 15k in 3D05 and 7k in 3D06.
My card loves the voltage!
Just a quick question regarding those who have disabled the 2 ati services and are using atitool to clock in 2D. Do you find some scores went up but others down? I noticed my 05, 06 and aquamark scores went up using the atitool method over max CCC even at lower clocks however my 01 and 03 scores went down using this method. They weren't down by much but none the less still down. I was hoping for an increase in scores right across the board. Not sure what to make of this any ideas?
13k done :D

Currently I'm #3 with sub 3ghz CPU and X1900XT/XTX, the 2 above me is using X2 ;)

aquamark should be lower too...weird that its not
yea it is weird, I understand the clocks are lower but only by 25mhz total across the card, not much. I figured having the tighter timings would have made up for the slight loss in clock speeds much like it did in 05 and 06 which saw an increase. The natures especially. I guess I am not the only one to notice this though eh? I am still fine tuning my card to get more out of it but I want to keep noise and heat to a minimum or am willing to sacrifice some speed to do so. Card is plenty fast as it is now anyhow.
