Hey saaya..... I found a 478cpu locally I can use to flash my board so you don't really need to do it. No sense you having to open all those boards and flash them, that will take a lot of time and you all are doing enough now.. :toast:

there was a 3day delay because cithix had a problem with his/his buddies paypal account.

this means money should arrive on monday-07/tuesday-08 on my bank account... thats next week...
so i will try to pay for the boards this week though by lending money from a friend.

as you know i made a deal for 20 boards with the shop, later they managed to get some more boards and put them on ebay. i bought all boards that were left, wich was 9. but the price was 97€ and not 88€ again...

i had hoped that they would be nice and give me those extra boards for 88€ too, but i wasnt sure... i talked to them today and got it confirmed, they will cost only 88€ as well! :)

the guys from that shop are really nice :)
they will call me as soon as they get more boards :D

but it doesnt look good... its not impossible though!
so if you really want one subscribe to this thread and maybe there will be a second wave of boards comming :)

P4GPL-X is available. One could do a vdimm mod + PSU with adjustable rails and voila - no need for extra RAM slots for booster. Not sure about other features vs P4gd1.

Woot, good to see you guys getting things sorted out. Hope you get a good board like mine that can do 1066FSB (266FSB) without any adjustment :) (http://sleektech.nl/~dm/review/asus/...es/1066fsb.jpg). My Pentium M 730 (1.6/533) hits 2.7Ghz on this board hits, benchable, on stock cooling (http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=32305)

We have the following models:
ASUS P5GD1-VM/LGA775/915G/DDR
ASUS P5GD1-VM/GB/1394 /LGA775
ASUS P5GDC-V DELUXE/775/I915G
ASUS P5GD1/LGA775/915P/DDR400
ASUS P5GD1 PRO/LGA775/915P/DDR

If somebody wants a board like this I will be glad to help.

We are talking about P4Gxx series that are with socket478, not those P5GDx ones that are for LGA775 and are still easy to get these days.
