Apart from these mobos, I've had some which were bad OCers - Asus P5W DH DLX (390 MHz), Foxonn P9657AA (350 MHz) and Asus P5N32-SLI SE (340 MHz), so I can really see the difference between a bad OCers and good OCers. But as always - luck of the draw is needed.
The manufacturer guarantees you just 266 MHz and nothing more, so one shouldn't hold a grudge against the manufacturer, that the mobo doesn't work with FSB 400 MHz. As OCers, we are disappointed, but you know - lemons happen. With my last rig, I got a Wincester that clocked horribly and couldn't OC a lot even though my Gigabyte nForce4 mobo was great (HTT340 MHz easily). Now I've got a good mobo and a good chip, but next time I might get something I'll be dissatisfied with. Buying hardware is just like a box o chocolate - you never know what you'll get (guess which movie is this from :))
