Then... Bloody hell!
Then... Bloody hell!
Hehe...gianni in action :D
Here are some really good dimms:
http://www.abload.de/thumb/2x512mb_geilonetccd_vz8.jpg
Yesterday I took off the HS now one of this dimms is dead :(
These are TCCD, do 245 @ 1.5-2-2-0 and 285 @ 2-3-3-0; but I could not took CL 2.5 and 3 with low voltage....for 200 mhz with 2.5-3-3-5 I need 3.03 volts !!!!!!!!!!!! :( I dont have any reason for this...
my gskill tccd had the same "problem". ;)
cl 2.5 and 3 was a no go, even at low or insane volts. they only worked with cl2
but luckily with 2-3-3-7 i got them to 275mhz. :D
very strange issue
Nice ram, shame one of them is dead. I'll try my G.skills tomorrow. Normally I bench on CH5, but it's fun to work with high freq's as well. Did 330mhz 2.5-4-3-7-1T spi1m once on those g.skills. No idea how that compares to 2-3-3-0 @ 285mhz, maybe you can tell.
I had a little fun with a 3500+ newcastle today. Didn't get the WR so I tried something else.

272mhz:D the darn thing didn't want to run below 67mhz, instant freeze.
Oh, and S.I.H.;)

And oldest K8 on the way, 0235.
200MHz on 3500+ :ROTF:
and one joke valid: http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=283459
sorry for OT
lol i can search:

tccd loses normal cas2.5 and cas3 performance when given too much volts...save the high volts for bh-utt/5/ch-utt. it runs WAY tighter subtimings too.
That is my problem I cant run this sticks with 2.5 or 2.6 volts...
@ bruce
Dammned this was my record :D Which stepping ? You did some more mhz than my result.
I cant tell you the real differences between 330 @ 2.5-4-3-5 and 285 @ 2-3-3-0 because i cant test that yet. But i believe that it will aproximatelity the same.
Wow, that's a nice clock there on the winny.
I have a winny 3500+ which does 3116mhz on chilled water (2c) with 1.68vcore. I'll look out the stepping in a while, and post a cpuz verification for the hell of it :)
Not quite upto the standards of you guys but hey, we gotta try right? :p:
Thanks;) Your chip may be a nice one if it's not too coldbugged.
Max FSB on a 3500+ LBBLE 0515EPAW: http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=289136 on air, 1.7v and 50c idle:D
And T.I.H: http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=289136
Not too impressive, but almost no competition made it quite easy. Especially since I don't mind trying 1.9v on my chips, no matter what temps:D
That FX57 ES was quite nice (for an ES). http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=289135
Not sure if it was coldbug or just the chip that maxed out there, no idea why I didn't try some other stuff.
you've posted the wrong linkt about your sempron.... correct: http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=289134
i've prepared my openair-sys for today... but it's +5°C :(
Here's my 411MHz Sandy 3700MHz
http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=288118
my openair session of today was not really successfully. :( outside temp 4°C, cooler temp 10°C.

Pi-stable: 3387mhz@1.52v
setup:

hope it gets colder, for your next try :)
I thought my Opty 154 was crappy, but I thought I should give it a try... And OMFGZZZZZ!!!!:D :D :D S.I.H.!
Opteron 154 wr, and Opteron overall WR, and s939 locked multi WR as well:
http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=289541
This thing was so hot I had to use a pot (normally I use a heatsink with dice on it for B1 chips and other coldbugged stuff), but it worked nicely. -15c/1.824v. temps measured in ITE SmartGuradian, as the temp sensor crapped out at 2c.
WTF!!!! congratz... you have to try with better cooling...
any superpi scores?
What the hell !!!! That opteron is amazing, bruce
Where did you get that opterom from ? Which stepping ?
@ Oj101
Nice HTT for an San Diego on the ATI chipset ;)
ok, i think when bruce uses dice he gets a bit better temps in norway than me here in the south :D
