After seeing this heatsink it makes me think why couldn't all gpus use a beefy design like that ( and yes I know its due to cost which is why people go aftermarket... )

I said GT200... but G92 could do it also.. I dont know if its a fixed function or not, the powerpoint doesnt specifically talk of it.. But i bet they can do tesselation in OpenGL also.. and thats what matter isnt it?

Wow that 470 cooler is AWESOME. Seriously I didn't think I could be so enthusiastic about a cooler graphic. :ROTF:
Hopefully the 480 can safely run in tri sli configs and doesn't rely too much on the exposed heatsink to aid cooling. What I'd like to know however is if the heatsink design had the full part in mind or if they tailored it to the 480SP varient...
