I'm assuming mofset block will be aswell.
YAY! I love this project!
hey jedda
what are the spec's on your rig??? vga ???
8800GTX, 4x1GB OCZ 800RAM, Q6600 GO stepping heat machine. It'll probably get a second card shortly once finances recover. lol
I'm getting an update ready. Been awefull quiet here for a bit. I'm running M-cube spaghetti and two loops trying to keep it neat and it takes a while.
I found some sensors for water temp and am tempted to get water in and out on both rads. See what's really happening with those TC rads.
Didn't know D-tek made them but at 10kohm they're perfect for the sensor hub which has 6 extra slots to use.

Really like the chrome sleeved usb cable (lower left) but haven't black sleeved the others yet.
Still have to decide if the third loop goes in or not for a chipset mosfet loop. If so a third Fillport will go beside the others.

looks good mate
Having camera hassles but here's one of both rads in place when I was measuring and cutting tube.

coming along nicely...any more pic's???
camera busted ?
cheers
Busted, it's screwing the lighting. Looking at replacing it.
I want to screen off the drive tower, so am tinkering with mesh and black plexi to see if I can make a good looking screen that tones in with the rest.
i put mesh over my drive bays today looks good take a pic for ya 2morow...
Also i have to drill into my middle section....I'm going buy a drill this w/e what's that attachment on your drill in the above pic's
cheers mate
It's a right angle drive attachement from Brunnings. Gets in to the case where the other wont fit.
Hey, saw nice blue heatshrink in :banana::banana::banana:-Smiths today. All sizes quite cheap.
      :rofl:Quote:

More pics! ..and I love all that sleeving!
Ducati ... Hope you like doing some mechanics or a fat wallet ! I have 2 friends who had 999... Most time spend at the garage then on the tracks or road :D
But I have to admit, I love the sound of Ducati with those Rossi's pipe's ... But I prefer those pipes, like Rossi, on a Yam ;)
Sabien
Thanks mate.
JVT
I may put some mesh in cut-outs above the lower rad but there's more space than it looks.
fallencow
Got some detail pics to add tonight.
Voltaire
Rossi, didn't he used to be world champion?
Used to ride a 900SS back in the day, but mine was silver not red like Stoner's.
Although, to give Rossi his due, he's a phenomena on any brand.
fallencow mentioned the sleeving so I thought I'd share some of the small details.
I wanted the build to be black and silver so coloured wiring had to be sleeved as many have done.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...nvoltfirst.png
So it's out with anything that'll push in the pins on a 3-pin plug. I have this tool from a cheap sunbeam set.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...rstplugoff.png
On with a length of sleeve and two pieces of heat shrink.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...Sleavebits.png
Push the pins back into a nice black plug and it's done bar a little hot air on the heat shrink.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...stsleaveon.png
Don't really like the coloured wires showing on the fan frame its self and never have. Especially on three fan rads when they show through the grill.
Have an idea for that. Results in a later pic.
This fan has an extra fitting included for stepping the voltage down and I wanted to have them available.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...firstTools.png
So I got a hold of some plugs from ACRyan, black of course.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...ltToolopen.png
Pop 'em out with a usual molex pin tool and pop 'em back in.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...topenblack.png
Again with the sleeve and heat shrink.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...angesleeve.png
A little soldering and we have the black at both ends. The peg holds back everything from the hot iron.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...irstplugon.png
Couldn't put separation heat shrink on the two wires. So used liquid tape.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...tapesleeve.png
And then I thought
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...Liquidtape.png
Didn't look too bad at all.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...iquidtape2.png
The liquid tape covers the wires with only one coat and looks great close up. When compared with the fan on the right I'm really happy with the outcome.
If I can learn a bit more how this new camera works, might even have focussed pics in future.
Such a bad pic of the ram fan with it's new black dress last post.
This one is slightly better.

Knocked up a 24-pin jumper plug for leak testing, while I was fiddling around.
