5-4-4? download mbench and memset. check the latency at 5-4-4. Then set to 5-5-5 and recheck latency.
my 24/7 settings:
Brand: Mushkin Xtreme (2x1gig) PC2-6400 (don't know the D9 flavor)
Speed: 900 MHz @ 4-4-3-10
Voltage: 2.25v
OEM Micron D9GKX DDR2 800 @ DDR 972 4-4-4-10 2.2v
4GB OEM Micron D9GMH DDR2-400 @ DDR2-1200 4-4-4-12 2.2v
micron has gkx oem? cool. all i knew was that crucial topped at gmh iirc

3.29v just read my CAS 3 post :P, Actaully 2.41v, on a set of 6400c3 Corsair. Has been running for 4 months with no problems.

Daily settings are 520mhz 4-4-4-5 @ 2.25v

I Have 2 pairs of 2gb kit CellShock 6400 (gmh) and after 1 month they need more voltage for same Mhz.
Eg I had 2.15v @ 450 4-4-4-12 and now I need 2.3v to be stable...
BUT only with the one dimm.Not both:confused:
I cannot even boot at 533@1.8v...I need to boot only with ''good'' stick set 2.25 eg and boot with both.:mad:
Same to my older 2gb kit...
Its realy too disappointing :(
